How long will my carpet take to dry?

It depends on the carpet, the weather and airflow in the house. Opening windows or running a fan helps. Ray will give you an idea on the day.

Do I need to move the furniture?

It helps to clear small items, breakables and anything on the floor. Ray can talk you through the rest when you book.

Is it safe for kids and pets?

Our Actichem products are low-toxicity, phosphate-free and WoolSafe-approved.

Will every stain come out?

Not always. Some stains are permanent, but Ray will tell you what he expects before he starts, so there are no surprises.
